What you'll do Design and execute a robust testing strategy across a high-traffic, consumer-facing web application Lead manual testing of new and existing features - wallets, payments, and wagering flows - before automation Build and maintain Playwright-based automated tests using a modular, reusable approach Perform regression testing across releases, ensuring stability of critical money-handling journeys Work closely with developers to identify, reproduce, and debug issues - challenging acceptance criteria and exploring edge cases Create clear test processes and documentation, ensuring consistent quality across the team About you 3-7 years of QA or quality engineering experience - mid or senior, high achiever on a steep growth trajectory Strong manual testing background: methodical, process-driven, sharp attention to detail Hands-on experience designing and building automated tests with Playwright for web applications Solid understanding of testing practices for payments, wallets, or other business-critical flows Comfortable in a fast-paced startup: high autonomy, high ownership Exceptional communicator - confident engaging engineers, product, and C-level alike Nice to have Experience in online gaming, wagering, fintech, or other high-volume environments Performance, regression, and exploratory testing at scale Background in business-critical environments where testing quality directly impacts user outcomes Stack Playwright, TypeScript.
